1. Appointments & Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person.

A valid credit card may be required to hold your appointment.

Please arrive on time.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may be charged a late cancellation fee.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

3. Refunds

Due to the nature of beauty services, we do not offer refunds for any services rendered.

If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue with a corrective service.

4. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise the safety or well-being of the client or technician.

All tools and equipment are sanitized according to Utah state board regulations.

5. Children & Guests

For safety and to maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that no children or additional guests accompany you to your appointment unless otherwise approved in advance.

6. Payment

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Tax may be added as applicable.

7. Results & Maintenance

Individual results may vary based on natural lashes, skin type, and aftercare.

Proper aftercare is essential for long-lasting results.

We are not responsible for results impacted by improper care.

8. Liability Waiver

By booking a service with Sage & Lash, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have disclosed all relevant medical information.

You release Sage & Lash and its staff from any liability related to allergic reactions, sensitivities, or injuries that may occur as a result of services provided.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Client information is kept confidential and will not be shared or sold to third parties.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, non-compliance with policies, or health concerns.
